Install by unzipping and placing "official and custom mutations.vpk" into "Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons folder" 3. Start L4D2, Select all Mutations 4. Versus Mutations 5. Versus Co-op 6. Pick the default map that is there, and create a lobby 7. Edit game settings to local server (You will now do it all by yourself with all bots, you can still pick up presents and they will count even though your solo) 8. Clear the hallway and camp the stairway for special infected to spawn 9. Get Achievement
